Emma discovered Forrest Yoga in 2012 and she has been dedicated to this practice ever since. In 2017 she completed the Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training (220 hours) in Berlin with the creatrix of the system, Ana Forrest and she started teaching systematically. She completed the Forrest Yoga Mentorship in 2019 where she gained a better understanding of the system as well as a deeper awareness of her personal strengths and struggles. Through the Mentorship Program, she learnt how to integrate her personal characteristics to her classes and how to find her “authentic voice” as a teacher and as a person.

Her goal is to continue to deepen both her personal practice and her teaching and to share with her students the gems and gifts she gains during this journey. Tools such as mindfulness and the cultivation of self-care that Forrest Yoga promotes, catalytic lessons for her, transformed the way she relates with her body and deals with daily life.

In her classes you will find qualities such as the power of vulnerability and meaningful connection and the quality that she herself loved in Forrest Yoga, the relationship and connection between body and emotion. Emma focuses on the therapeutic side of the practice and she creates a caring, safe and challenging environment for her students. Her purpose is to help them build a strong, open and grounded body, a bridge of communication between emotion and spirit, as well as the curiosity and patience to make it happen!
