We realize that by giving your personal details to us you’re trusting us with your information. 4. Data retention period

We collect, store and generally process personal data for the period during which you are in a contractual relationship with us. If this is for any reason terminated, we will retain the data for as long as it is necessary until the period required by law or the limitation period of any relevant claims and tax obligations expires. As regards personal information used to send newsletters, we will retain them for as long as you have authorized us. When your authorization no longer exists (eg. in case you unsubscribe from the newsletter or you withdraw your consent) or if the data we keep are no longer valid (eg. the e-mail address we have is invalid), we will erase the personal information kept in our database.

In line with Data Protection rules, we must have your explicit consent in order to keep your details for the purpose of communicating with you in various ways and means (e-mail, phone call etc).
